Raga Labs Guidelines for Post Production

Raga Labs Guidelines for Post Production

Once the Raga Labs Recording is over, the raw data needs to be shared with the IndianRaga Global Team, preferably thru dropbox. If required, pl ask for a File Request link to be sent so the files can be uploaded even if there is no space on the dropbox of the City Partner. Google drive is also fine as long as there is no immediate expiry date. For Music Labs, audio raw data also needs to be shared. For Dance Labs, please share the final audio file used for the video recording.

The data will be sent to video editor. At this stage, we should also be sending the data for the opening and closing slides. The Instructor (of Labs Coordinator, if there is one), needs to fill up a relevant form.
For Singapore Labs use this form

When the first draft is ready, it will be shared with the partner for review. Please share with relevant stakeholders (participants, Instructor, parents of the participants) and seek feedback on the video as well as the data in the opening and closing slides. Someone, preferably the Instructor, needs to consolidate all the feedback, check its relevance and then send it back to the Global Team for fixing the issues. Complete feedback on the draft video should come in at this stage and the revised draft from the video editor should be the final one, unless he fails to fix any or fixes incorrectly. Similar process for audio mixing too.
