Competitions and Events at City Level
Welcome to the City Specials Process Page. This page is meant for the processes for City Level Competitions and Events. It details the roles of City Level and Global Support teams.
For each City, we will have a City Specials Page, which gives information about on-going Contests and upcoming Events along with the links to register. This page is maintained by the Global Team, but the content is owned by the City Suppport Team and they inform the Global team well in advance for any changes to be done.
The forms are created and maintained by the Global Team, but the notifications will come directly to the City Support team for follow up actions. When the contest is over, evaluation of the entries and publishing the results on the facebook page are done by the City team. Managing the event registrations, communication to the participants and managing the event; all are handled by the City Support Team.
